Resurrected!

Yesterday I was cleaning up some “no longer” needed files on my host and spotted this journal – covered in dust. I couldn’t help but give in to temptation to resurrect it – after all it’s such an awesome idea. To be honest it felt great when I read through all my previous posts!

So I vacillated on it, tweeted about the contemplation yesterday and today I’ve resurrected it.

I’m not going to play by the rules anymore – no “5 grateful things” and no “everyday” posts – that way I have the flexibility and be motivated to post time after time :)

While I was going through my older posts, I came across a statement I had made about how I’m expecting a huge change coming about soon.

The ironical bit is, what I was expecting then didn’t really happen – instead, a more drastic transition enveloped my life… I moved interstate and picked up a new job, pretty much a new life in a way ;)

I haven’t felt this good in a very long time and I’m truly grateful to the stars above, in coercing me to make this decision to move. It happened real quick and I was in Melbourne within 20 days of me accepting the offer.

The new job has been wonderful – just what I wanted to get into – a blend of web & print media. I found an apartment, only 10 minutes of a walk to my work and it’s smack in the heart of the city buzz!

And everything just seemed to be falling in order like a domino effect since I made a choice.

More than anything, I’m just really grateful to myself for give ME this opportunity – to believe in myself that I could look forward, to have the faith that I still could change and create a new destiny for myself :)
